This piece “woman on a bench” painted in 1913 by Karl Larson. Currently resides in the Louvre. The artist has really captured that lazy enjoyable moment relaxing and reading with the comfort of a dear pet. The colours are very vibrant and the details so very delicate. The softness of the hands suggest this lady was shy to manual labour back in that time period.
