Open pipe in the middle of the street could give my car a flat tire, people speed on Portland St all the time, never stop at crosswalks, heavy trucks travel on this street causing my building adjacent to the street to shake, Portland Street needs speed bumps, why is Cambridge so interested in constructing buildings but the streets and sidewalks are neglected and dangerous because of no one fixing them?
