Exceptional nurses, Ketan Sheth and staff, CHA Cambridge Surgery
I am writing on behalf of the Cambridge CHA surgical staff that participated in my procedure recently, particularly nurse Johnny and Dr. Sheth. I mention great nurses at the Cambridge hospital, including the wonderful care from nurse Peggy at the Somerville hospital. I appreciated the attention to details for my care before and after the procedure: especially by Germaine and nurses Johnny, Lauren, and Val. The conscientious care by nurse Johnny was greatly appreciated; the anesthesiologist Zapson also was fantastic in his care and attention to detail. I was greatly thankful for the professionalism and fantastic care provided by Dr. Sheth for the procedure but also in the visits I had with him at the Somerville hospital.
The nurses created an atmosphere of comfort and safety that was appreciated, alleviating anxiety I had about doing the procedure.
