We get to hear in the Acts of the Apostles how they encountered Christ, the apostles never being the same. We are the resurrection people today, to tell people about Christ. The Acts are how the apostles reacted to Christ. The resurrection needs to be felt in our world. Who will bring the light of Christ in this world? It is you and me, to let God use us to carry the message of Christ in this world. God needs us, pray we are humble enough to let God use us.
