Lord, to whom shall we go? You have words of eternal life. Many people drop off from following for various reasons. Who do you believe in? Do you believe in God or in people that are tools of God? I believe in God but not in people. I would sit in my office and here people wanting to see only certain priests. We come to church for God. You come to connect to God. We nourish this gift in our lives. The marriage connection helps us understand how we should have a relationship with God in the second reading. We have a close relationship with God, reason for Christmas. Our faith is strong in God, even when people fail. We all need salvation, we are all sinners. My role is to bring Christ to you. I talk to you and to myself. The gospel shows the challenge and how people leave. Simon Peter wondered where to go. How do you nourish your faith? You nourish your faith every day. What relationship works if you talk only one hour every week? I try to connect to God every day. We cannot come up with excuses. You make time for what is important. I will make the time to connect to God. You are privileged to connect to God. You listen to God. When you are faced with challenges, you realize your faith is with God, the goal of Christianity. Let us pray to have connection to God to lead us to where we need to go.
