The gospel shows who Jesus is, shows Jesus is not respected in his region. He was looked down upon, but it did not stop him. God loves us unconditionally regardless of what we do, the gospel exemplifies it. The gospel is a message, we are called to act the same not to abandon people, to show people love thereby being a radical Christian.
