Lent is preparation for Easter. We are learning how to grow to be more of a Christian life. The poverty of our human condition is like ashes. We should put faith in the Lord, get strength from the Lord. If we recognize we are weak, we must ask for more strength. We are to rejoice in the cross of christ. Rejoice in belonging to christ. We are in the path of discipleship as seen with cross on forehead. I need to give testimony of my faith. If we are followers of christ, we must live like christ. Ask for Christ's grace. Help me to convert and have grace in our heart, Lent being a path of conversion. Amen
