The gospels are to make or show Jesus as the son of God. How do we respond to impossible situations? Our attitude to life is shaped by what we experience. We see that we are influenced by what we see and must remember we are supernatural also, to remember the connection to God. The readings remind us; the first reading is to give loaves to people because God said to . We learn with faith what we have will be great. We look on the side of our faith, which should guide us. We are encouraged to plan how we will live. Faith shapes our attitude of life. We see Jesus having compassion, people not complaining but Jesus feeds them. The disciples had failings in faith also. Their faith was gradual. Now we see how they had faith. Sometimes we miscalculate what we have. Philip represents how we react. We live in a broken world. What we know about people does not allow us to help. What we have is not as important as what God gives us to have. We pray that people will achieve when invoking God. And we thank our parents and grandparents for the blessings they have given us.
