Anesthesiologist was fantastic in her care and attention to detail; Dr. Fawaz took time to explain to me details of the procedure he was to perform. I appreciated the attention to details for my care before and during the procedure and before and afterward by the nurses. The nurse team was exceptional. The nurses Molly, Mary, Maureen, Laura, Carly, Ingrid, Georgina, Kerry were extremely kind, friendly, and professional, having created an atmosphere of comfort and safety that was especially appreciated since the environment alleviated any anxiety I had about doing the procedure. The nurses were extremely skilled, for instance nurse Molly gently inserting the IV needle, and were willing to discuss curiosities about the procedure, e.g. nurse Kerry and I wondering if dreams occur when anesthetized. I tried to remember the nurse names because I was extremely impressed with the care. Sending a thank you card by mail signed by the team after the procedure was also appreciated.
